THE ORIGINAL RECIPE OF ICE SCRAMBLE!

One of the many street food i've ate that i won't forget is Ice Scramble. I can still remember way back in grade school, you can see me and my buddies holding a tall plastic cup filled with our favorite ice scramble after our morning class. I guess it's safe to say that, "HINDI KUMPLETO ANG PAGKABATA MO KAPAG DI KA NAKAKAIN NG ICE SCRAMBLE!" lol.
I've tried to reconstruct the recipe but pardon me if i have some mistakes on some details. You can adjust it so it will fit your taste buds Dear, besides you can't get poisoined with this right?
 

Ingriedients
1 cup Evaporated Milk
3 tablespoons Brown sugar (wash)
1/2 cup water
4 cups crushed ice
1 teaspoon Food Coloring
1 tablespoon Vanilla Flavoring

 
Optional Ingriedients

Sago
Skim Milk (Its the powdered milk on top of ice scramble, its not your Nido or Bear Brand)
Hersheys Chocolate Syrup

1.) Pour crushed ice in a mixing bowl (if you wanna do it manually, but i prefer this way so that the ice won't easily melt) or if you're to lazy put it in blender.

2.) Mix Evaporated Milk, Vanilla Flavoring (you can buy this in your nearby dirty palengke or talipapa, i haven't tried looking this in malls or grocery stores), Food Coloring (any color you want. I've already tried Red Ice Scramble!) and water with your crushed ice.

3.) Mix it well.

4.) You're done! You can top it with skim milk, chocolate syrup and sago! Enjoy!
